Reporter and Control Vectors
This repository contains well-characterized reporter constructs and controls for verifying transduction efficiency, measuring expression, and troubleshooting delivery methods.
What's included
Fluorescent Reporters
AAV-compatible:
- pAAV-CAG-GFP - Green fluorescent protein with strong constitutive CAG promoter
- pAAV-CAG-tdTomato - Red fluorescent protein, codon-optimized for mammalian expression
- pAAV-hSyn-EGFP - Neuron-specific expression with human synapsin promoter
- pAAV-hSyn-DIO-mCherry - Cre-dependent red reporter for conditional expression
Lentiviral:
- pLenti CMV GFP Puro - Third-generation lentiviral vector with puromycin selection
Plasmid:
- pcDNA3-EGFP - Mammalian expression plasmid for transfection
CRISPR with reporter:
- pSpCas9(BB)-2A-GFP (PX458) - CRISPR/Cas9 with GFP co-expression for tracking edited cells
Luciferase Reporters
Quantitative bioluminescent readouts for sensitive expression analysis:
- pAAV-CAG-FLuc - AAV-compatible firefly luciferase with CAG promoter
- Luciferase-pcDNA3 - Mammalian expression vector for firefly luciferase
- pGL4.18 CMV-Luc - Optimized firefly luciferase with CMV promoter
Common applications
