This repository includes a few well-known public plasmids from Addgene:

• pUC19 - Classic bacterial cloning vector
• pSpCas9(BB)-2A-Puro (PX459) V2.0 - CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing tool
• pcDNA3-EGFP - Mammalian expression vector with GFP marker

All sequences are publicly available and provided for educational purposes.
