Getting Started with GeneStream
Welcome! This repository contains example constructs and documentation to help you explore GeneStream's core features.
What's in this repository
This repository includes a few well-known public plasmids from Addgene:
- pUC19 - Classic bacterial cloning vector
- pSpCas9(BB)-2A-Puro (PX459) V2.0 - CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing tool
- pcDNA3-EGFP - Mammalian expression vector with GFP marker
All sequences are publicly available and provided for educational purposes.
Try these features
- View and explore the sequence files
- Check out the version history to see how we built this repository
- Fork this repository to your own workspace
What to explore next
- Create your own repository and upload sequence files
- Add a README file to describe your work to visitors
- Invite collaborators to work together
- Try creating different variants of a design
Questions?
These are real, published plasmids. You can find more information about each one on Addgene's website by searching for the plasmid name.
